1.7 “Clients’ Information” denotes the data and details that Clients provide to the Application Centre in paper form, electronic format, or any other acceptable medium for the Application Centre to provide suitable services.
1.8 “Personal Information” involves all necessary data related to an individual included in the application documents submitted by a client. This includes, but is not limited to, name, gender, date of birth, place of birth, marital status, citizenship, passport information, phone number, health record, criminal record, residential address, employment place, family members, as well as any video recordings, telephone call recordings, email content and other private information.
1.9 “Website” refers to www.visasinchina.com/ which provides online services to clients such as information announcements, online application form completion, online appointments, and visa application status query services.
1.10 “Basic Services” signifies services directly connected to visa applications provided by the Application Centre to clients.
1.11 “Extended Services” means services offered by the Application Centre for client convenience beyond the Basic Services.
1.12 “Visa fee” refers to consular fees and charges payable to the Embassies and Consulates and accepted by the Application Centre on behalf of the Embassies and Consulates, including but not limited to, regular application fee, express application fee, and urgent application fee.
1.13 “Application Service Fee” signifies the fee the Application Centre charges clients for providing Basic Services. Fees charged for Extended Services are not part of the Application Service Fee.
1.14 “Pickup Forms” are receipts issued by the Application Centre to Clients who have submitted their Chinese visa applications to the Application Centre. These forms serve as the sole evidence of payment of the Visa Fee and Application Service Fee and for collecting their passports and visas from the Application Centre.
Section 2 – Basic Services Provided by the Application Centre 2.1 The Application Centre accepts clients and sorts their visa application documents as per the Embassies and Consulates’ requirements.
2.2 The Application Centre provides intermediary business services, including computer-based entry of basic information, and transmission of passports, visas, and Clients’ Information between Embassies and Consulates and the Application Centre.
2.3 On behalf of the Embassies and Consulates, the Application Centre collects a Visa Fee as per their requirements and delivers passports and visas to Clients.
2.4 The Application Centre releases and transmits Chinese visa policy information in a timely manner as per the Embassies and Consulates’ requirements through the website, information desk, phone, fax, or email.
2.5 The Application Centre particularly declares that governmental functions such as assessing, approving, or refusing visa applications and issuing visas belong solely to the Embassies and Consulates. The Application Centre doesn’t have the legal authority to provide any commitment, guarantee, interpretation, or other legal obligations to clients regarding that exclusive
2.6 The Application Centre provides visa application status query services, allowing clients to track their application progress via the Website or other acceptable methods provided by the Application Centre.
2.7 The Application Centre offers information and assistance for clients regarding application materials, procedures, and requirements. However, it doesn’t provide personalized advice or make any representations about the outcome of the visa application.
Section 3 – Extended Services Provided by the Application Centre 3.1 The Application Centre may offer Extended Services to the clients such as:

3.2 Fees for Extended Services are separate and in addition to the Application Service Fee and Visa Fee.
3.3 Clients are not obligated to use any Extended Services. These are offered for the convenience of the clients.
Section 4 – Visa Fees and Application Service Fees 4.1 The Visa Fee and Application Service Fee, payable by the client, are displayed on the notice board at the Application Centre and on the Website.
4.2 The Visa Fee is determined and adjusted by the Embassies and Consulates, while the Application Service Fee is set by the Application Centre.
4.3 Fees may be paid by cash, debit card, credit card, or any other means approved by the Application Centre.

Section 6 – Liability Limitation 6.1 The Application Centre is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay caused by events that it cannot control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, civil unrest, and actions or inactions by the Embassies and Consulates.
6.2 The Application Centre is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages suffered by the client, including but not limited to loss of income or profits, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, loss of data, etc.
